David M. Smith, PA-C

David M. Smith graduated from Texas Tech University in 2002 with a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Student with honors. Prior to going to PA school he was a certified surgical technician and first assistant who worked on the open heart, trauma, and neurosurgery teams for 6 years. He has worked in neurosurgery and spine since 2002 and has maintained his board certification throughout. He has 20 years of experience in spine conditions and treatment as well as post operative management. David belongs to the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the Texas Association of Physician Assistants. David is married with three children and loves to hang out with his family on the weekends. He also enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing in his spare time.
