I have been struggling for 20 years with severe debilitating back pain and conplete numbness in both legs from a back surgery gone wrong in 2005. Over the 21 years 15 other doctors said there was nothing they could do for me. Referred me to pain management for a pain pump which was implanted in 2007. Doctor Tinley took my case and did surgery on April 23, 2024to removed hardware which was done wrong fixed damaged nerves and fixed damaged disk. I am 2 weeks after surgery and no pain and for first time I have feeling in my legs. I owe doctor Tinley everything for giving me life back. He is a God sent.
Outstanding Dr who actually cares about the people who come to him . Had two disc replaced and I am patiently waiting for I guess a fusion . Jumping through hoops with huge shots in my Neck has me terrified. Insurance companies blow . I trust him 100 percent..
I was impressed by Dr. Tinley’s ability to communicate with me about my back issue. He was able quickly diagnose my L4/L5 issue and was able to schedule a quick surgery date. He corrected my problem with one small incision. My recovery time was short and I was able to get back to my active lifestyle which includes barrel racing on my horses.
Dr Tinley was amazing. My neck was fractured and only had use of 1 arm. Dr Tinley did an artificial disc replacement and 3 weeks later im back and playing golf!! Thanks Dr Tinley
Dr. Tinley is awesome. His Staff help my parents every step of the way from Scheduling my parents appointment to doing his x-ray.
Dr. Tinley and his team were fantastic! They made me feel very comfortable and calm in pre-op. My procedure went flawlessly and my recovery was smooth and well-managed.
Had a lower back fusion surgery 7 months ago. Great results. My feet aren’t numb anymore and the pain level has dropped dramatically. I know we can never be completely new but these results are great!

Great Doctor and great staff. I just had my 12-week post op appointment and couldn’t be more pleased. I had an uncommon Lumbar spine condition AND a Synovial Cyst pressing on my spinal chord causing me great pain. Dr. T explained the condition, the solution and recovery process in great detail. I am very pleased with the outcome. If you are in pain and can be treated DO Not put it off. It will literally change your life! Much thanks Dr. Tinley, I am very grateful….see you on the tee box!
